Small enough that the person who answers you is the one who writes to your bank

What we are here to do

We take on the work of the claim — the letters, the deadlines, the chasing. You explain it once.

Fewer files than we could take, so that none of them waits behind another while a deadline runs out.

Money sent to trading, investment and digital-asset platforms, from EUR 3,000. Anything outside that is named as outside it in the first reply, not three weeks later.

Transfers set against statement lines and messages until the sequence holds, because a claim an institution can act on is the whole of the work.

Your bank, the card scheme, the payment provider, the supervisor — in the order the case calls for. Every letter that goes out and every answer that comes back reaches you, refusals included.

“A file usually arrives in pieces, and often in a language its owner is afraid of getting wrong. Neither is a reason to put off writing to us.

What we will not do is let it sit. If there is a claim to put to a bank we put it, and if there is not, we say so in the same week rather than the same quarter. Nobody here will tell you the money is coming — that is for the bank to decide, and our job is to make the decision as hard to refuse as the facts allow.”

In their own words

What People Say About Having Someone Act for Them.

“I sent what I still had, which was not much. They built the claim out of it and sent it to my bank the same week — I would not have known where to begin.”
Katarina RehnströmGothenburg
“The first reply told me which part of my account was weak. Nobody had said that to me before.”
Bjarke SandholtAarhus
“I wrote in Finnish and was answered in Finnish. After three months of translating my own bank's letters at the kitchen table, that by itself was a relief.”
Ilkka PeltoniemiTampere
“They said plainly that one of the routes I had been counting on was already closed, and named two I had not thought of. I would rather hear that in the first week than in the third month.”
Sigrun BuggeBergen
“Every letter they sent on my behalf came back to me, the refusals included. At no point did I have to ask what stage my claim was at.”
Elisabeth AichingerGraz
“Nothing was promised to me at any point, which is why I stayed. What I was given instead was an order of work and the reasons behind it.”
Adrian FenwickBristol
“The chasing was done for me — my bank, then the card scheme when the bank said no. I was told what each answer meant and what was left to try.”
Henrike VollmerLeipzig
“What I noticed was the absence of pressure. No deadline invented for me, and no call urging me to decide something the same day.”
